I have to say, I love creating these kinds of cakes!

To see a tree stump cake take shape is amazing and so very much fun!

I use marshmallow fondant and edible color, to create the realistic tree effect.

This cake is adorned with forget-me-nots, babies breath, and my signature flower, the Fairy Flower, in sage green.
